We are seeking a motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join the team at a busy 4-star hotel in Kildare. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.

The successful candidate will support the daily running of hotel operations, including conferencing, weddings, food & beverage, and front office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hotel operations and coordinate across all departments

• Ensure smooth delivery of conferences, weddings, restaurant, and bar services

• Act as the main point of contact for guest and operational queries

• Complete fire walks, cash handling, and manage AV setups for events

• Supervise food service during peak periods and manage team delegation

• Monitor guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards

• Lead staff meetings and plan short- and long-term operations for functions

• Support targets around waste reduction, wage control, and budgeting

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous Duty Manager experience in a 4-star or similar high-volume property

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of Hotsoft or similar front office systems

• Excellent attention to detail and guest-focused approach

• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
