The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting an experienced General Restaurant Manager for a busy and well-established venue in Dublin North. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven hospitality professional to lead a high-performing team and take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a high-volume restaurant.

You will play a key role in driving service standards, team performance, and overall business success in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the full day-to-day operation of the restaurant
• Lead, train, and develop a strong front-of-house team
• Drive high standards of service and guest experience
• Manage staffing levels, rostering, and labour costs
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery
• Monitor financial performance, including costs and revenue
• Maintain strong health, safety, and compliance standards
• Handle customer feedback and ensure a positive dining experience

Requirements
• 3+ years’ experience in a Restaurant Manager or General Manager role
• Background in high-volume restaurant or hospitality environments
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Commercial awareness with experience managing costs and performance
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible approach to working hours
