About the Company

Our client is a well-established 5-star Dublin Hotel known for delivering high-quality guest experiences, strong operational standards, and a collaborative team culture. The property operates in a fast-paced urban environment with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and presentation.

As Head Concierge, your responsibilities will include:

  • Reporting to the Director of Guest Relations.
  • Oversee and manage a team of Doormen and Valet Car Attendants.
  • Plan, co-ordinate and direct Operations on the Concierge department.
  • Proven track record in a 5 star Hotel environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Opera System
  • Ensure all our guests receive the highest level of service before, during and after their stay.
  • Hands on experience in managing teams.
  • Excellent English language both spoken and written.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, dining options, and other amenities.
  • The Head Concierge will build a network of key contacts in Dublin’s hospitality, culture and events sectors. 

Requirements

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
