HR Manager

Dublin, Full Time

As HR Manager you will ensure the implementation of the HR strategy in the hotel. You will lead the Employment life cycle and ensure compliance in all areas of employee welfare and legislation.

  • As HR Manager you will manage the recruitment & selection process
  • As HR Manager you will nuture a positive working environment
  • Develop & implement HR strategies & initiatives that are aligned with the business culture and strategy
  • As HR Manager you will assess training needs, modify and implement as required in line with relevant needs of the business
  • Deliver training as required
  • Maintain personnel records on the hotel HR & payroll systems
  • Lead the Hotel legal compliance
  • Coach, support and mentor the managers & team in the application if HR policies and practices
  • As HR Manager you will manage the employee change culture

Person Requirements:

  • 3rd Level Qualifications in HR (CIPD or equilavent) 
  • Experience in Hotel/Hospitality HR and or Retail/Catering
  • Leadership and strong people management skills required for this HR Manager role
  • Full knowledge of all aspects of HR Management 
  • Salary guide €50-60k 
  • CPERM22
