About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Leisure Club Manager for a busy 4-star hotel in Westmeath. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and standards-driven leisure professional to manage the daily operation of a hotel leisure club, support member engagement and ensure a safe, welcoming and professional guest experience.
The successful candidate will have strong leisure, fitness or club management experience, excellent people management skills and the ability to maintain high standards across gym, pool and leisure facilities.
Your Responsibilities
As Leisure Club Manager, your responsibilities will include:
• Managing the daily operation of the hotel leisure club
• Leading, training and motivating the leisure team
• Maintaining high standards across gym, pool, changing rooms and leisure areas
• Ensuring excellent service for hotel guests, members and visitors
• Managing memberships, enquiries, bookings and member retention
• Supporting rosters, team performance, stock control and departmental administration
• Ensuring health, safety, hygiene and pool operating procedures are followed
• Working closely with senior hotel management to support the wider guest experience
Requirements
• Previous experience as a Leisure Club Manager, Fitness Manager or senior leisure supervisor
• Experience in a hotel leisure club, gym, spa or fitness environment
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills
• Good knowledge of health, safety and pool operating procedures
• Relevant fitness, leisure, lifeguard or pool plant qualifications are desirable
• Professional, hands-on and standards-driven approach
• Flexibility to work weekends and busy hotel periods as required
