The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting an experienced Restaurant & Events Sales Manager for a high-profile venue in Dublin City. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven hospitality professional to take ownership of sales performance across both restaurant bookings and events.

Working within a busy and well-established venue, you will be responsible for driving revenue, developing new business, and maximising opportunities across corporate events, private dining, and group bookings.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales across restaurant bookings, private dining, and events
• Proactively generate new business through corporate and agency relationships
• Manage inbound enquiries and convert leads into confirmed business
• Work closely with operations to ensure seamless delivery of all events
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and occupancy
• Manage pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation
• Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics

Requirements
• 3+ years’ experience in hospitality sales, events sales, or venue sales
• Proven track record in driving revenue and achieving targets
• Strong knowledge of the Dublin corporate and events market
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Commercially focused with a proactive approach to sales
• Experience working with events, private dining, or restaurant bookings
