Senior Bartender

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Bartender to join an established team within a busy City Centre Dublin Pub.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and complete nightly cash sheets.
• Oversee the bar area, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and stock levels are consistently maintained.
• Complete lock-up procedures.
• Assist in the leadership of a team of full and part-time staff.
• Minimum of 1-2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse clientele.
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.

Wage Guide: €18.55 per hour with a premium of €20 per hour on match days
