Senior Events Executive – 4* South Dublin

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Events Executive to join their team in a prestigious 5-star hotel in South Dublin. This is a key role responsible for managing high-end events, from corporate functions to luxury weddings, ensuring each is delivered to the highest standard.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of event planning from enquiry to execution

• Liaise with clients and internal teams to deliver flawless events

• Prepare detailed event proposals, contracts, and function sheets

• Conduct client site visits and planning meetings

• Maximise revenue through upselling and effective planning

• Ensure all events meet five-star service standards and brand guidelines

• Support post-event follow-up and reporting

• Mentor junior team members and assist in departmental training

Candidate:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in event management within luxury hospitality

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or related field

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple events

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
