Role Requirements:

• Pick and pack products accurately according to customer orders.
• Ensure goods are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
• Receive, check, and put away incoming stock deliveries.
• Keep accurate records of inventory and update stock systems as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily/weekly targets and deadlines.
• Carry out regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently.
• Always follow health and safety procedures.
• Assist with returns and processing of faulty or damaged goods.
• Support other departments when needed, including goods-in, dispatch, and quality control.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3 years previous warehouse or fulfilment centre experience.
• Forklift / counterbalance certificates desirable.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to lift/move boxes or stock as required.
• Good timekeeping and reliability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
