Warehouse Supervisor

Our client in the Freight Industry, based in North Dublin is actively seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. The Warehouse Supervisor will assist in overseeing the daily warehouse operations, while maintaining compliance with regulations.

Role Responsibilities:

• The Warehouse Supervisor will coordinate all daily inbound and outbound operations, ensuring efficient loading, unloading, and staging of vehicles
• Provide departmental cover in absence of Warehouse Manager
• Oversee and monitor the compliance with safety regulations and handling procedures
• Oversee the safe operations and maintenance of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks and PPT.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documentation
• Collaborate with internal departments to support smooth and efficient operations
• Loading and unloading of vehicles
• Cross checking document and cargo on all freight movement

Skills/ Experience:

• The Warehouse Supervisor will have proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar in a freight forwarding or logistics company
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes.
• Proficient with WMS
• Excellent leadership and organisational and communication abilities
• Strong attention to details and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Forklift, Fork reach and Power pallet driving/handling experience

Hours 37.5

Monday to Friday

Salary €42k – €45k DOE
