Recruiter – Office Support

We are looking to recruit a motivated, sales focused recruiter to join our Office Support team within the Broadline Group.

The successful candidate will be very involved in the ongoing development of a temporary office support desk. You will be working alongside experienced recruiters to develop both client and candidate management.  The successful candidate will be working office based clients in order to support them with their temporary recruitment needs.  

This role will be suitable to a passionate candidate who can work on their own initiative.  We are looking for a candidate who has minimum three years’ experience or who has held a position in senior management role.

The Candidate: / Skill Requirement:

• Minimum five years’ experience in a busy office environment, the recruitment sector, or a senior candidate in the commercial sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
• Organised and have a can-do attitude is involved when dealing with candidates and clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Results driven candidate who wants to build an extremely rewarding career.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Understanding of current market trends in sector.
• Able to work with management professionally throughout the hospitality sector.
• Strong work ethic.
• Able to deliver an excellent service in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs and drive brand growth.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and build desk by generating leads and expanding the client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Strong candidate and client management. The role involves dealing with an established list of clients with immense potential to grow more.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to advise clients and candidates effectively.
• Source, attract, and engage top-tier talent through various channels
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure a strong fit for client roles.
• Completing payroll on a weekly basis for temporary candidates.
• Candidate management in relation to screening, sourcing and completing full compliance in relation to candidates.
• To work as part of a team to achieve goals.
• Ensuring all candidate compliance is completed within the recruitment cycle.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database, prepare reports, and handle general administrative tasks related to recruitment.
• To maintain good liaisons and communications with management.
• To carry out any other reasonable request by Management.

This role is available immediately for the right candidate and will offer an excellent basic salary plus commission.
