Assistant Food & Beverage Manager – 4* Hotel South Dublin

Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join their team at a luxury 4-star hotel in South Dublin. This role supports the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing the daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring exceptional service and a premium guest experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the daily operations of restaurants, bars, and banqueting services

• Supervise, train, and develop the food and beverage team to deliver 5-star service standards

• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through quality service and attention to detail

• Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management

• Assist in financial performance through budget management, cost control, and revenue growth

• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues to maintain high guest satisfaction

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Candidate:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within a luxury or 5-star hospitality setting

• Degree in Hospitality Management, or related field

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including cost control and inventory management

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
