A leading luxury hotel in Kildare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Spa Operations Manager to support the day-to-day running of its award-winning spa. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated spa professional to step into a leadership role within a five-star wellness environment.

Reporting to the Spa Operations Manager, you will help ensure exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and staff performance across all spa areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily spa operations, including treatment rooms, reception, and thermal suite

• Support staff training, scheduling, and performance to maintain a high standard of service

• Monitor treatment bookings, retail sales, and guest satisfaction levels

• Help manage inventory, supplier orders, and stock control

• Ensure compliance with hygiene and health & safety standards

• Contribute to team motivation and uphold service excellence across the spa

• Step into a leadership role in the absence of the Spa Manager

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years’ experience in a senior spa or supervisory role within a luxury setting

• Recognised Irish beauty or spa qualifications (e.g., ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO)

• Strong communication, people management, and organisational skills

• A proactive and guest-focused approach to wellness service

• Familiarity with spa booking and POS systems
