We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established 4-star hotel in Wexford for an experienced and commercially driven Sales & Marketing Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the hotel’s sales strategy and drive revenue growth across multiple segments.

Job Summary

As Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase revenue, grow market share, and enhance brand visibility. You will work closely with senior management to maximise performance across corporate, leisure, and events business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Drive business across corporate, leisure, group, and events segments
• Identify and convert new business opportunities and partnerships
• Manage key client relationships and accounts
• Oversee digital marketing activity including social media, website, and online presence
• Work closely with Revenue Management on pricing and promotional strategies
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and performance data
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Sales & Marketing Manager in a hotel environment
• Strong track record in driving revenue and business development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
• Strong understanding of the Irish hotel market
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality preferred
