Chef de Partie – 4* Hotel Wicklow

Our Client has a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join their growing team in this 4* Star Hotel Wicklow. 

Main Duties

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes.
  • Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
  • Preparing meat and fish.
  • Assisting with the management of health and safety.
  • Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices.

Requirements

  • Have experience in a similar role
  • Have a passion for food
  • Be able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
  • Have good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.

Salary Guide €33 – €35k
