About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Financial Controller for a busy 4-star hotel in Meath. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional with strong hotel accounting, reporting and leadership experience.

Your Responsibilities
As Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing all hotel finance, reporting and accounting functions
• Preparing budgets, forecasts, management accounts and financial reports
• Monitoring cash flow, payroll, revenue, costs and profitability
• Supporting senior management with commercial planning and decision-making
• Ensuring strong financial controls, compliance and audit preparation

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Financial Controller or senior hotel finance professional
• Strong knowledge of hotel accounts, payroll, revenue and cost controls
• Excellent reporting, budgeting and forecasting experience
• Strong leadership, communication and commercial awareness
• Experience in a 4-star hotel or similar hospitality environment is desirable
