About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Director of Food & Beverage for a luxury 4-star hotel in Dublin City. This is an excellent senior leadership opportunity for a commercially focused F&B professional with strong multi-outlet hotel experience, exceptional service standards and the ability to lead high-performing teams across restaurants, bars, banqueting and events.

Your Responsibilities
As Director of Food & Beverage, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the full food and beverage operation across restaurants, bars, events, banqueting and in-room dining
• Leading, developing and supporting F&B managers, supervisors and service teams
• Driving service standards, guest satisfaction and operational consistency across all outlets
• Managing budgets, forecasts, revenue targets, labour costs and profitability
• Working closely with the Executive Chef on menu development, food quality and product offering
• Supporting sales, marketing and events teams with promotions, functions and commercial strategy
• Ensuring full compliance with HACCP, health and safety, licensing and hotel operating standards
• Reviewing guest feedback and implementing improvements to enhance the overall guest experience

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Director of Food & Beverage, F&B Manager or senior F&B leader within a luxury or 4/5-star hotel
• Strong experience managing multi-outlet food and beverage operations
• Excellent leadership, communication and team development skills
• Strong commercial awareness with proven ability to drive revenue and control costs
• Experience managing large teams, busy events and high-quality service environments
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, service standards and hotel operating procedures
• Professional, organised and standards-driven approach
