Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including multiple dining outlets and banqueting

• Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen brigade to deliver consistently high standards

• Design innovative, seasonal menus that reflect modern Irish and international cuisine

• Ensure effective stock control, cost management, and supplier relationships

• Maintain the highest levels of hygiene, food safety, and HACCP compliance

• Collaborate with senior management on F&B strategy and guest satisfaction

• Drive team performance through mentorship and strong leadership

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef in a 4* hotel or similar high-volume environment

• Passion for quality, presentation, and modern culinary trends

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a large team

• Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen systems

• Financial acumen and experience managing budgets, costings, and GP%

• Calm under pressure with excellent organisational and time-management skills
