A well-established 4-star hotel in Kildare is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team. This role focuses on high-quality pastry production for restaurant service, banqueting, and events.
Key Requirements
Previous experience as Pastry Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie
Solid pastry, dessert, and baking skills
Experience in hotel or high-volume kitchens
Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety
