Your responsibilities
As a Food and Beverage Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supervising the waitstaff team to ensure seamless service.

• Providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.

• Taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

• Training and mentoring junior staff members on service standards and procedures.

• Managing section assignments and ensuring efficient service flow during peak hours.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star environment.

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including wine and cocktails.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lead a team and manage high-pressure situations.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
