About the Company

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Guest Relations Assistant to join our front-of-house team at our four-star hotel. This role is essential in creating memorable guest experiences by providing warm, personalized service from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with directions to the appropriate areas of the hotel

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns

• Coordinate with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless service

• Maintain accurate guest records and preferences in the hotel system

• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with discretion and efficiency

• Promote hotel amenities, services, and local attractions

• Ensure the lobby and guest areas reflect four-star presentation standards at all times

• Support with guest luggage handling as required

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or customer service in a hotel preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and positive, service-oriented attitude

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with hotel management systems and IT skills is a plus

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
