Our Client is a four-star luxury hotel committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences through refined hospitality, elevated dining, and impeccable service. Our bar program is a key part of our guest experience, offering premium spirits, craft cocktails, and a sophisticated atmosphere.

We are seeking an experienced, service-driven Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and uphold the high standards expected in a four-star environment.

Your responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise bar staff to deliver exceptional guest service

• Develop and maintain an innovative cocktail and beverage program

• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships

• Control costs and maintain target beverage margins

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations

• Create staff schedules and manage labor costs

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance standards

• Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently

• Collaborate with hotel leadership on promotions, events, and seasonal menus

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of bar management experience (luxury hotel or upscale venue preferred)

• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, craft cocktails, and mixology trends

• Proven leadership and team development skills

• Experience with POS systems and inventory management software

• Excellent communication and guest service skills

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a four-star hotel

• Sommelier or mixology certifications

• Event or banquet bar experience
