We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established 4-star hotel in Wicklow for an experienced and responsible Night Manager. This is a key role ensuring the smooth and secure operation of the hotel during night hours while delivering excellent guest service.

Job Summary

As Night Manager, you will oversee the hotel during overnight operations, acting as the main point of contact for guests and ensuring all departments run efficiently. You will be responsible for guest care, security, and the completion of nightly financial and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the hotel operations during night shifts
• Act as the main point of contact for all guest queries and issues
• Ensure guest safety, security, and satisfaction at all times
• Complete night audit procedures and financial reporting
• Oversee late check-ins, early departures, and reservations
• Ensure all hotel standards and procedures are followed
• Liaise with security and other departments as required
• Handle emergencies and resolve issues in a calm and professional manner

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Night Manager, Duty Manager, or Front Office Supervisor in a hotel
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and front office systems
• Experience with PMS systems (e.g. Opera, Hotsoft) preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Flexibility to work night shifts on a full-time basis
