The Role

On behalf of our client, we are recruiting an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager for a prestigious well established Hotel.

This role requires a hands-on hospitality leader with a proven background managing busy operations, large teams, and high quality service standards. You will have full accountability for performance, people, and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of a High quality Restaurant
Manage and develop all food & beverage operations and front-of-house teams
Drive and ensure service standards to highest levels, consistency across all levels and excellent guest satisfaction
Oversee staffing levels, rotas, recruitment, and training
Control costs, budgets, labour, and margins
Monitor KPIs including sales, service, labour, and guest feedback
Ensure full compliance with health & safety and licensing legislation
Act as a visible leader and promote an environment of efficiency and excellence
