Location: East Clare

Salary: €50,000- €70,000 DOE

An amazing opportunity for an experienced General Manager/ Bar & Restaurant Manager who seeks a new challenge. The role requires a self-motivated experienced General Manager who can take on the responsibility of running a highly successful bar & restaurant in beautiful Co. Clare. The ideal candidate will be wholly responsible for the complete operation across all departments and a hands-on approach. The role will be ideal for a candidate who thrives in attention to detail and has a proven track record in hospitality management.

Role Requirements:

• 4 years plus in hotel management
• Proven track record in bar/restaurant management
• Strong leadership & management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Sales & Marketing
• Staff training, recruitment and retention
• Responsibility for service standards throughout the property
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
