Executive Accommodation Manager

Location: Co Limerick

Salary: €40,000- €45,000 DOE

We are actively recruiting an experienced Executive Accommodation Manager for an established Hotel in Co. Limerick.  The ideal candidate will have an excellent eye for detail and ability to manage and co-ordinate an amazing accommodation team whose standards are exceptional and align with the property ethos. A manager who can nourish and develop an accommodation department ensuring all staff training, development and retention has a continuous high standard. The ideal candidate will oversee accommodation and laundry departments and ensure seamless co-ordination and organisation. An amazing opportunity to join a fantastic property and oversee and manage the accommodation department with efficiency and calmness.

Role Requirements:

Oversee all operations of accommodation & laundry department with efficiency

Proven experience in management and hospitality

Strong leadership skills

Proficiency in cleaning systems, inventory control

Ability to develop, motivate, lead & train staff  

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to work on own initiative
