Our client, a prestigious Restaurant in Dublin city, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join their busy, dynamic kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fine dining environment focused on delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within your designated kitchen section

• Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu development, recipes, and dish creation

• Prepare meat, fish, and other ingredients to the highest standards

• Manage and train commis chefs, ensuring portion control and waste minimization

• Maintain health, safety, and food hygiene standards across your section

• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organisation, and readiness for service

• Creatively plate dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and presentation quality

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy hotel or fine dining kitchen

• Strong knowledge of food safety, health & safety, and kitchen hygiene regulations

• Ability to manage, lead, and develop junior staff effectively

• Detail-oriented, ambitious, and passionate about food and presentation

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and team development
