We are seeking a dedicated Banqueting Supervisor to join our passionate Team. You will be an integral part of maintaining exceptional dining experiences and assisting food and beverage operations for weddings, corporate events and residential functions.

Responsibilities:

Delivering exceptional service standards at all events

Working collaboratively with senior management to ensure efficient operations

Supervise, mentor, develop and train Team members to departmental standards

Manage set up and function staffing requirements

Maintain and supervise hygiene and cleanliness standards to the highest level

Ensure all equipment are in proper operational condition

Comply with food and beverage storage, inventory and equipment standards

Manage all supplies and orders efficiently

Maximising Sales and upselling for the Banqueting department

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in conference, banqueting, or F&B supervisory/assistant management roles within a 4-5star or similar hotel.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional standards.
  • Strong understanding of event operations, stock control, and cost management.
  • A proactive approach with strong attention to detail and guest experience.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules.

Must have permission/right to live and work in Ireland
