About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Mixologist for a luxury hotel in Dublin South. This role would suit a polished cocktail professional with strong product knowledge, excellent guest service and a passion for premium drinks service.

Your Responsibilities
As Mixologist, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving high-quality cocktails, wines, spirits and beverages
• Delivering excellent guest service in a luxury hotel environment
• Supporting cocktail menu development and seasonal drinks ideas
• Maintaining bar presentation, stock control and cleanliness standards
• Working closely with the bar, restaurant and hotel service teams

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Mixologist, Senior Bartender or Cocktail Bartender
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and premium service
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
• High standards of presentation, organisation and attention to detail
• Luxury hotel or premium bar experience is an advantage
