About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently seeking an experienced Night Manager for a busy 4-star hotel in Dublin West. This role would suit a confident hotel professional with strong front office, guest service and night operations experience.

Your Responsibilities
As Night Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing full hotel operations during the night shift
• Handling guest queries, complaints and service recovery
• Completing night audit, reporting and handover procedures
• Ensuring safety, security and emergency procedures are followed
• Supporting front office, reservations and operational departments

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Night Manager, Assistant Night Manager or Duty Manager
• Strong hotel front office and guest service experience
• Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and make confident decisions
