Night Shift Supervisor

Our client in the production industry is seeking a Night Shift Manager to join their busy team in Dublin City Centre. This role will require the night shift supervisor to drive operational performance across the warehouse team, by motivating and leading the warehouse team. The candidate will also be required to do company deliveries, when required by the business. 

Role Requirements:

• The Night Shift Manager will be responsible to drive warehouse performance against KPI’s, targets and SLA’s.
• Managing a team of 12 employees.
• Hiring and training of new staff. 
• Oversee the daily warehouse operations, ensuring that all activities are completed safely and accurately.
• Identify and remove operational issues.
• Monitor stock accuracy, reporting any discrepancies.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety, operational procedures and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to manage operational issues.

Candidate Requirements:

• The Night Shift Manager will have previous experience in a supervisory, or similar role, in a warehouse or FMCG / Food Production background. 
• Proven experience with WMS.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure.
• Proven ability to work well in a team environment.
• A full, clean drivers license is required.
• A valid counterbalance forklift license is desirable.

Salary €40 – €45k Depending on Experience. 

Hours 10pm – 7am Monday to Friday.
