Warehouse Operations Manager

Our FMCG client, based in Dublin 12 is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager. The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, inventory control and dispatch of consumer goods, while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.

Role Requirements:

• The Warehouse Operations Manager will plan, organise and oversee daily warehouse operations.
• Ensure timely receipt, storage, pick, pack and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts.
• Recording stock accuracy through WMS/ERP.
• Monitor Warehouse KPI’s
• Investigate and resolved discrepancies.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety.
• Ensure adherence to company policies.

Candidate Requirements:

• The Warehouse Operations Manager will have a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in the food production industry.
• Previous experience managing a Warehouse Operations team.
• Strong understanding of WMS/ERP

Hours 39 hours

Salary €50k – €55k

Monday to Friday 8:30-17:00
