Food and Beverage Manager Full Time NEW

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our client’s team Four Star Hotel as Food & Beverage Manager.

• Food and Beverage Manager will always maintain brand standards
• Food and Beverage Manager will supervise, mentor, develop and train team members to department standards
• Food and Beverage Manager will deal with all customer requests and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Food and Beverage Manager will ensure cash and always stock control in the food & beverage outlet under management
• Food and Beverage Manager will assist in achieving departmental revenue and cost targets
• Food and Beverage Manager will ensure the hotel mission and core values are always maintained
• Food and Beverage Manager will liaise with sales in maximising sales for the Weddings & Events department
• Food and Beverage Manager will adhere to HACCP and health and safety procedures
• Food and Beverage Manager will assist or manage daily operations in the main hotel as required

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent attention to detail and 2 years previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in a high-volume hotel
• Excellent people management skills and ability to motivate the team
• Knowledge of cash and stock control systems
• Spoken and written English is essential
