About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie for a fine dining property in Waterford. This role would suit a passionate chef with strong attention to detail, excellent presentation standards and a genuine interest in quality food.

Your Responsibilities
As Chef de Partie, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to fine dining standards
• Managing your section during preparation and service
• Supporting senior chefs with menus, mise en place and service delivery
• Maintaining HACCP, hygiene and food safety standards
• Working closely with a skilled and professional kitchen team

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant or hotel kitchen
• Fine dining or high-standard food experience is highly desirable
• Strong knife skills, organisation and presentation standards
• Good knowledge of HACCP and kitchen procedures
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
