Payroll Specialist Full Time

Due to increased growth, our client are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their team.

Location: Kilcarbery, Dublin 22 – office based

Salary: €45k – €50k

Role Requirements:

• Manage and process payroll for all employees
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, deductions, and benefits.
• Process payroll adjustments, including bonuses and corrections.
• Ensure compliance with Irish payroll regulations, including PAYE, PRSI, and USC.
• Prepare and submit statutory payroll reports.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
• Maintain and update payroll records and employee information.
• Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and deductions.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding payroll policies and procedures.
• Generate and analyse payroll reports for management review.

Payroll Specialist Requirements:

• IPASS Qualification 
• Minimum 2 years’ experience processing volume payroll  
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws in Ireland.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
