Warehouse Operative

Our client in Dublin Southwest is seeking an experience warehouse operator to join their growing team. The warehouse operative will support the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring goods are received, stored, picked and dispatched safely and effectively.

Role Requirements:

• Receive and check incoming deliveries against documentation.
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Prepare goods for dispatch and ensure orders are labelled correctly.
• Move stock around the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
• Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock counts.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with health and safety procedures.
• Report damaged, missing or incorrect stock to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Follow company procedures for manual handling and workplace safety.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily warehouse targets.
• Carry out other reasonable warehouse duties as required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual and willing to work as part of a team.
• Physically capable of carrying out manual handling duties.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Forklift licence is an advantage but not essential.

Salary €30k

Monday – Friday

Hours 08:00 – 17:30
