Agency Chef Full Time

Agency Chef Opportunity – Waterford.

We are currently seeking an experienced chef for an ongoing agency booking to support our client, a prestigious luxury hotel in Waterford. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef to work with a busy and talented team in a fantastic venue.

Working within the hotel’s acclaimed culinary team, you will support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional seasonal cuisine, showcasing the finest locally sourced Irish ingredients while maintaining the highest culinary standards.

• Pay rate is €20ph, and time and a half for Sunday work.

What do we expect of our newest Relief Chef?

• Strong chef experience within a busy kitchen environment, preferably within luxury venues.
• Ensure food is prepared and cooked in accordance with current food hygiene regulations and guidelines.
• Our Chefs must provide a high standard of catering to meet the needs of the Head Chef and all the customer’s needs.
• Up to date HACCP and Manual Handling certs are essential – (We can provide training for these).
• Valid work permits to work full-time in Ireland without restrictions.
• Must be a good team player.
• Must have a passion to create high quality food.
• Must have the enthusiasm and ability to work under pressure.
• Provide points of contacts for references for employments from previous Chef roles.
