Assistant Director of Sales Full Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our prestigious 4-star hotel team. As the Assistant Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and grow market share. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, creativity, and analytical skills to effectively promote our hotel’s brand, services, and amenities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed budgeted targets.
• Manage the sales team to ensure high performance, customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the hotel’s market presence.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategies that enhance the hotel’s competitiveness.
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns, social media presence, and online reputation management.
• Collaborate with revenue management and operations teams to optimize pricing strategies and maximize profitability.
• Monitor customer feedback and reviews to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and promotional activities.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to build relationships and promote the hotel.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in a 4-star or luxury hotel environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
• Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
