We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join the senior team at our prestigious 4-star hotel. This is a key leadership role focused on driving revenue, increasing market share, and elevating the hotel’s brand presence across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet revenue targets

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals and client satisfaction

• Identify and convert new business opportunities and partnerships

• Oversee digital marketing campaigns, social media, and online reputation management

• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy

• Collaborate with revenue and operations teams on pricing and promotion strategies

• Represent the hotel at trade shows, events, and industry networking functions

• Monitor guest feedback to improve loyalty and brand experience

• Prepare performance reports and strategic updates for senior management

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar sales and marketing leadership role in hospitality

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

• Solid understanding of market analytics, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality (Master’s a plus)

• Flexible, creative, and commercially driven with a focus on results
