 We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in a well-established exclusive property. The role will require effective and efficient management of daily food and beverage operations. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will assist in delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high levels of hotel standards and assist with all day to day activities in the department.

The Role Requirements

• Must have good leadership skills.
• Develop and coach new and existing staff.
• Be customer and service focused.
• Assist Management in the daily operations and coordinating all areas of the hotel
• Assist The Management in reaching company Targets.
• Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year in similar role.

The Candidate Requirements

• A minimum one years in a similar role or currently be a F&B supervisor looking to step up.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Maintain high standard of presentation
• Must have the ability to multitask when required.
• Be able to function in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Manage daily operations and coordinating all areas of the hotel
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
