Location: 4-Star Hotel, Waterford
Salary: €42,000 – €45,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to lead the bar operations at our luxury 4-star hotel in Waterford. As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, managing a talented team, and ensuring the smooth running of all bar services.

The successful Bar Manager will oversee daily operations, stock control, staff training, and ensure compliance with licensing and HACCP standards. Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for premium beverage service are essential.

As Bar Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage team to create innovative drink menus, implement cost-control measures, and maintain the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
