We are currently seeking to recruit a full-time experienced bar person to join a well-established hotel. Customer service is the focus and delivering excellent guest experiences essential. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service across a range of bar settings, ensuring guests enjoy a warm welcome and high-quality drinks at all times.

Role Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role essential
• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages to a high standard
• Maintain a clean, organised and well stocked bar at all times
• Working across multiple bars adapting to different service styles
• Set up and close as required
• Ensure Compliance with Licensing laws and Health and Safety
• Work effectively with team members to ensure a smooth service

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and a strong team player
• Can work on own initiative
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in multi outlet venues
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays
