Carpentry – Production Manager Full Time

Role: Production Manager – West Dublin

Location: Dublin 12

Salary: €80k

At Broadline Recruiters, we are currently seeking an experienced and professional Production/ Operations Manager to join an established carpentry and production team in West Dublin. This is a full-time role and an immediate start for the right candidate.

Role Requirements:

• Ensuring all projects are being ran on time and on budget from start to finish.
• Ensuring all jobs are being staffed correctly and preparing weekly rotas and organising staff to different jobs on site and in the workshop.
• Liaising with production to ensure projects are being built on time and to the required quality.
• Handling maintenance issues in the workshop (troubleshooting with staff so they can carry out relevant checks on equipment machinery etc before putting in call to service)
• Staff Training – Improving staff use of time and maintaining warehouse staff where and when needed.
• Developing a harmonious environment within the management team so that if problems arise staff feel they can discuss any issues openly.
• Liaising with the entire team to ensure all projects are being run as efficiently as possible between departments.
• Analysing project to make them easier/ more profitable in the future.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years management experience paired with minimum 5 years carpentry experience.
• Qualifications in carpentry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communications and leadership skills
• Energy & excitement about the industry
• Experience in events set ups
