About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie – Saucier for a premium restaurant in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled chef with strong sauce, meat and fish cookery experience to join a professional kitchen team delivering high-quality food in a busy, standards-driven environment.

Your Responsibilities
As Chef de Partie – Saucier, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the saucier section during preparation and service
• Preparing sauces, stocks, reductions, meat, poultry and fish dishes to a high standard
• Ensuring consistency, flavour, presentation and timing across all dishes
• Supporting senior chefs with menu preparation, mise en place and daily kitchen operations
• Maintaining HACCP, hygiene and food safety standards at all times
• Working closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver smooth service

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally on sauce, meat or fish sections
• Strong knowledge of classical and modern cooking techniques
• Experience in a premium restaurant, hotel or high-standard kitchen environment
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and food presentation
• Ability to work well under pressure during busy service
• Strong teamwork, communication and professional kitchen standards

• Salary of €35,000 plus twice yearly bonus
