Conference & Banqueting Manager

Salary Guide: €45,000

We are looking for an experienced and talented Conference & Banqueting Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of functions & events, ensuring exceptional service delivery, seamless event execution, and high guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the coordination and management of conferences, banquets, meetings, and other special events hosted at the hotel.
• Work with clients to understand their needs and expectations, advising on room layouts, AV requirements, catering, and other event details.
• Oversee event planning, ensuring that all logistics and schedules are followed, 
• Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and guests to ensure their event needs are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after their event.
• Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and build long-term relationships for repeat business.
• Manage and train the conference and banqueting team, ensuring staff are motivated, well-trained, and provide excellent service.

 Candidate Requirements:

• 1 + years experience as C&B Manager or Events Manager
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Knowledge of event planning software, hotel management systems, and MS Office Suite.
• Client-focused with a strong attention to detail.
