An exciting opportnity has arisen for an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to join the leadership team of a prestigious 5-star hotel in Cork. As Director of Sales & Marketing, you will develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth across rooms, F&B, events, and spa services.

The successful Director of Sales & Marketing will oversee all aspects of sales, marketing, and brand positioning to maintain the property’s reputation as a leading luxury destination. Key responsibilities include managing the sales team, creating dynamic marketing campaigns, optimizing distribution channels, and implementing innovative strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.

As Director of Sales & Marketing, you will have a proven track record in luxury hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build relationships with corporate, leisure, and MICE markets.
