We are delighted to recruit an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead and manage multiple teams across a 5-star establishment.   The ideal candidate will have a passion for Food and Beverage, excellent attention to detail, leadership across multiple teams and to bring an exceptional level of service to our customers.  Key Responsibilities:

• Previous experience in Multiple outlets in a 4 – 5 star setting including banqueting in a resort setting. Oversee the daily operations of all food & beverage outlets across the resort including bar and banqueting services
• Excellent knowledge of food, beverage & wine .Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations
• Exceptional Customer Service, Leadership and communication skills To generate new ideas for service and products that will maintain a competitive and leading edge over our Competitive Set and generate additional revenue
• Extensive experience in Staff development, training, mentoring
• Scheduling of Staff rosters, training plans, upselling techniques and motivational training. Ensure all performance appraisals and probation reviews are completed
• Experience in KPI’s, Budgets, forecasting, payroll, supplier negotiation
• Menu design, maintaining beverage percentages, table planning and menu design Implement and monitor SOPs and service procedures
  Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations

 The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager for multiple outlets in a 4- or 5-star setting
• Background in hospitality or high-volume hospitality environment
• Strong leadership, communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Commercially focused with solid cost-control experience
• Flexible to meet the operational needs of the business
• 3^rd Level Diploma in hospitality or equivalent
• Excellent attention to detail and motivation to attain excellent standards across multiple disciplines
