We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established 4-star hotel in Wexford for an experienced and motivated Senior Chef de Partie. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional kitchen team and further develop your career in a high-quality hospitality environment.

Job Summary

As Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in the day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation across all service areas. You will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes to a consistent standard
• Take ownership of a designated section within the kitchen
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily operations
• Train and guide junior chefs and kitchen staff
• Ensure strict adherence to HACCP and food safety standards
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient working environment
• Contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior CDP in a hotel or busy restaurant
• Experience with both à la carte and banqueting service preferred
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and passion for food
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
