Head Receptionist – 4* Hotel in Wicklow with Accommodation Available

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Receptionist to lead our front desk team at a prestigious 4-star hotel in Wicklow. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations at the reception.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of receptionists, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.

• Greet guests warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle guest requests efficiently.

• Coordinate room assignments and ensure reservations are accurately processed.

• Address guest complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring resolution to maintain guest satisfaction.

• Monitor front desk operations, ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures.

• Manage administrative tasks, including guest billing, handling cash and credit transactions.

• Maintain effective communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments.

• Assist with shift scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels during peak times.

Candidate:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or receptionist role in a hospitality environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Hotsoft, Opera).

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Salary Guide: €30K – €32K DOE
