Junior Sous Chef – Private Members Club
Salary: €41,000 – €43,000

We are seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at an exclusive Private Members Club. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality, creatively presented dishes while supervising kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and assist in food preparation, ensuring quality and presentation

• Oversee and supervise kitchen staff

• Support menu planning, inventory, and supply management

• Maintain cleanliness and ensure compliance with food safety standards

• Assist with staff scheduling and training new employees

• Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment

• Proactively solve kitchen issues and maintain smooth operations

Candidate Requirements:

• Level 1 & 2 Food Safety Certificates

• Level 2 Health & Safety Workplace Certificate

• Minimum 2 years relevant kitchen experience

• Knowledge of manual handling techniques

• Competent English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Creative, calm under pressure, with strong leadership abilities
