We are looking for an experienced and driven Marketing & Sales Executive to join the team at a popular 4-star hotel located in Dublin City Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality sales professional to play a key role in driving revenue, increasing brand awareness, and building strong client relationships across the corporate, leisure, and group markets.

Working closely with the hotel management team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, coordinating marketing initiatives, and supporting the delivery of the hotel’s sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have previous hotel sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to developing new business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate, leisure, and group clients.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to maximise hotel revenue.
• Manage sales enquiries, prepare proposals, and negotiate rates in line with hotel strategy.
• Conduct hotel showarounds and represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.
• Assist in the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, promotional activity, and digital content.
• Work closely with the reservations, events, and operations teams to ensure exceptional client service.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activity using the hotel’s CRM system.
• Support the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel sales or hospitality marketing role is essential.
• Strong understanding of hotel sales, revenue generation, and account management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM systems being an advantage.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible approach to attending networking events and occasional evening or weekend functions when required.
